So the last 4 days have been a bit of a whirlwind for team Muhsinah. Figured it might be time for a quick update. Here’s how it all went down…

That same day the Golden Girl started in the studio with Musiq Soulchild producing a few tracks to be considered for his next release, which is also where she was when she got the news of her very first grammy nomination for “Daykeeper” w/ The Foreign Exchange. But the hype of that day couldn’t slow her down because she had to be up early to fly to Florida for a show with Common + Kid Cudi on the 4th.
Although The Golden Girl was back to work kicking off The Muhsinah Foundation the moment she got home (more details on that soon), things have calmed down a bit since and she is now back to writing her forthcoming EP, tentatively titled “Out of the Woods”. So you can bet there will be tons to talk about when she hits the stage again to perform bits of it as part of her One Woman Electronic Tour in March 2010.
